Open to residents of UK, France, Germany and Switzerland aged 21 or over with a valid driving licence excluding employees of Nissan Group and Infiniti Centres and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with the creation and administration of this draw.

Entry to the promotion: participants must take a test drive of any Infiniti car at a participating Infiniti Centre before 15 March 2012. Before completing the test drive you will supply the required personal information to the Infiniti Centre representative. Upon completion of the test drive, the Infiniti Centre representative will automatically submit your entry into the free prize draw.
All test drives are subject to availability at your selected Infiniti Centre.
All test drives will be accompanied by a local Infiniti Centre representative.
Proof of age and identity will be required to take a test drive, the exact requirements may vary depending on your local Infiniti Centre. Local insurance and specified driving experience will be required.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
Prize: 4 x trip for winner and one guest to the Barcelona Grand Prix 11 to 13 May 2012 together with return economy flights (on 11 and 14 May) to Barcelona from the winners’ local international airport (flights might not be direct), transfers to hotel, shared accommodation in at least a four star hotel in Barcelona, Spain (including breakfast), transfers from the hotel to the race and back on each day of the Barcelona Grand Prix, lunch on each day of the Grand Prix, a pair of VIP seats to watch the Grand Prix (including paddock and pit lane tour and visit to the Red Bull Racing garage) and exclusive Red Bull Racing merchandise. The winners will also receive EUR300 spending money when they arrive at the hotel.
Travel insurance and meals are the responsibility of the winners.
The trip must be taken 11.05.2012 to 14.05.2012.

The winners are responsible for ensuring that they (and their guest) have a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity beyond return date) and any other visas or other documentation required.
Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted. If a booking is cancelled no alternative tickets will be provided. For the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.
Once flight tickets have been issued, the Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.
No bulk, third party or organised group entries will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible, photocopied or corrupt entries or those not in accordance with entry instructions will not be accepted.
No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of posting or sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
Winners will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries received by the closing date under the supervision of PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service within 21 days of the closing date (closing date is 15 March 2012). Winners will be notified by telephone within 3 days of the draw date. If a winner is uncontactable via reasonable means for 48 hours or does not respond to notification will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected as above. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.

Winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from the promotion. The Promoter retains the right to use photographs of the winner taken by the Promoter or its agent in publicity in relation to marketing the Promoter’s products.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for damages, losses or injuries that result from acceptance of the prize.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion
If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which us beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
This Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English courts.
