The Motor Industry Code of Practice is administered by Motor Codes Limited and should you remain dissatisfied with the service provided by our Dealers or Customer Services Department they are available to provide assistance.
Motor Codes can provide a Chartered Trading Standards Institute certified ‘Alternative Dispute Resolution’ service if you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of a dispute in relation to the New Car Code.
