A: Since 2018, we’ve made 10 services free of charge for the Q30, QX30, Q50 and Q60. Because of changing technology and regulations, we’re unfortunately unable to continue offering the following features:

A: Rest assured, we won’t be making any changes to other services and general infotainment. These include:

Q: Do I need to do anything?
A: The update will be carried out automatically, so won’t require any action on your part.
Financing an Infiniti
Q: How does this affect my finance agreement for my INFINITI?
A: If your finance agreement is with RCI, there is a contractual obligation between the ‘financing entity’ and you, the ‘end customer’, which would mean there is no change to your agreement. This applies to most other financing firms.
