From years of training to hours in the kitchen, numbers are everywhere in the world of MICHELIN-quality food. But we believe truly great chefs are defined by something more – combining ingredients in new and unexpected ways to create an experience that goes beyond numbers.
This is an approach to innovation that INFINITI shares – and it is something we celebrate through TasteMakers, our partnership with the MICHELIN Guide that brings together the best of driving and dining.
3 CHEFS. 3 MICHELIN PLAQUES. 1 Q30.
Following the London launch of the MICHELIN Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2018, INFINITI challenged foodie YouTuber Ian Haste to deliver new Michelin plaques to three different restaurants. With the ever-stylish Q30 to help and the chance of a different course in each, this was definitely a challenge to savour.
OUR 9 TASTEMAKER RESTAURANTS
Together with the MICHELIN Guide, we have once again curated our TasteMakers list, a selection of restaurants – each near to an INFINITI Centre – that exemplify forward-thinking dining.
On Monday 2nd October, 2017, Michelin Star hopefuls gathered at East London’s The Brewery for the launch of the MICHELIN Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2018. With 18 restaurants newly awarded Stars at the ceremony, INFINITI headed out to deliver some coveted MICHELIN plaques.
WHAT DRIVES TASTEMAKERS?
Back for 2018, TasteMakers has always been about INFINITI and MICHELIN’s shared belief in the power of innovation. Whether defying convention on the road, or pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the kitchen, this partnership is a true celebration of the creative spirit that has shaped both our worlds. We call it a ‘fusion of innovation.’
